At this time there are a number of physical changes that occurs in their body that affects their needs. This is also the time where in puberty takes place, teenagers no longer depend to their moms especially for the food they take. People tend to overeat not because they’re busy but because they’re bored that’s why you need to keep yourself entertained. For teenagers life gets pretty boring especially after school. You need to engage yourself to sports to keep you entertained and not think of food.
5. Choose which food to eat
Do not be afraid to eat, it is not your main concern here but on what foods you’re going to eat. Food is good for you and that you need it for your growth and development. As long as you eat a lot of fruits and vegetables that will surely keep you going, remove fatty foods, foods that contain a lot of sugar and fried foods.
6. No alcoholic drinks
There are several reasons why teenage girls should not drink, first of all you’re still illegal and can put yourself to trouble. Alcohol contains too much calories and your body will also stop burning fats when you drink.
