As a mother of 2 teenage kids my teenage girls want to lose weight and have a model figure. As a teenager they want to look healthy to friends and the people that are surrounding them. Having a healthy diet is really important. It keeps a person fit and have a good metabolism. When you say healthy it is a diet of proper nutrition. At this time there are a number of physical changes that occurs in their body that affects their needs.
